We are automatically upgrading the Internet speeds for our Unifi Home and Unifi Biz customers, with no extra charge. Enjoy bigger bandwidth with our worry-free connectivity on more devices to stream, game and download for work and play.

This free speed upgrade will be rolled out to over 3 Million Unifi customers, driving home our commitment to deliver higher speeds at lower prices to all. The transition is anticipated to take place in phases between now until December 2023.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Who is eligible for the Speed Upgrade?

Selected Unifi Home and Unifi Biz customers will enjoy the speed upgrade, with the same price subscribed plan subjected to:-

Unifi fibre coverage and availability
Existing network infrastructure

When will I enjoy the higher speed?

Eligible customers will be upgraded in phases, from October 2023 to December 2023.

How do I know if my plan has been upgraded?

You may perform a speed test to your Unifi Home/ Unifi Biz internet connection.

To test your speed, please proceed to speed test.

Will there be any changes to my bill?

Don’t worry, there will be no changes to your bill amount, after you have been upgraded to a higher speed.

Please note that while we are upgrading all eligible customers, you will see the current plan name (with previous speed) in your bill. The new package name and details will be updated in your bill and profile in phases.
