Starting October 2023, you are no longer needed to accumulate points (which will eventually expire) to enjoy your rewards. Instead, the benefits and privileges will be rewarded based on your tier eligibility.

What you need to know about the new Unifi Rewards

Starting October 2023, Unifi Rewards will unveil its new programme structure that will be based on tiers without points issuance.

Following this newly revitalised loyalty programme,

1. Rewards points will no longer be issued, starting 1st July 2023.

2. All points redemptions must be made before 1st October 2023.

You can make redemptions using your remaining rewards points until 30th September 2023.

Any rewards points that are not utilised by 30th September 2023 and after 1st October 2023 will be forfeited and no longer be redeemable.

With this new rewards programme, you will be rewarded based on your active product subscriptions, the number of years you have been loyal to us and your monthly spending with Unifi.

You will be rewarded based on tiers, the higher the tiers the better benefits and privileges you will earn. Once you have reached a certain level of spending, you will unlock new perks and benefits. Incentives offered are in the form of discounts, coupons, gift cards and even free items. The more you spend, the more rewards you can get.

All existing Unifi Rewards membership will remain unchanged. You do not need to register or enrol for the Unifi Rewards membership again.

Friendly reminder, please utilize all remaining rewards points by 30th September 2023, as the points are no longer redeemable on 1st October 2023.

You can do so through MyUnifi App or Unifi portal.

Alternatively, you can still walk-in to selected TMpoint outlets nationwide to make On-The-Spot redemption (OTS) on Unifi merchandise such as Team Malaysia jersey, umbrella, thumb drive and many other attractive merchandise.

How to redeem Unifi Rewards points

Step 1

Login to Unifi SelfCare or MyUnifi App. Go to the  "Rewards" section.

Step 2

Browse available rewards and privileges, new rewards added from time to time. Choose your desired reward and select "Redeem".

Step 3

Enjoy! Your voucher code will be displayed upon redemption. Your reward points will be deducted. You will earn more reward points by paying Unifi bills.
